More like no WHMs in Valkurm.

It's official, the best partying times in the Dunes are between 1-3am PST. For the third night in a row, just as my clock passed 1, I found my third, great party. I did most of the command calling, but we worked well together. Still, no subjob items (worm or bib) have dropped yet. How long does it take? Hopefully Maior will be able to help me out with that.

Anyway, there is a severe shortage of WHMs in the Dunes. Last night we ended up getting a RDM, Bard, and SMN together to do our magic. It was enough to get us through the night, unfortunately our WAR tank died twice. He was really smart though, he had a large supply of revival potions on him. So each time he'd die he'd be right back up again fighting. Pretty cool to watch, but I got tired of it.

I kept calling orders for our party to rest or for them to heal our Tank. For some reason, I'd be waiting for everyone to get their magic back up so I could pull, and they wouldn't have finished healing our Tank. When our mages have just enough magic to (barely) keep him alive during a fight, you'd think they'd top him off. So on a couple occasions I refused to pull until they finished healing him.

Other than that I kept asking our Galka to please take left-flank on the mobs. That way our tank could be in front, I could be in back, and our Bard kept taking right-flank. He didn't listen at first but towards the end of the night he started falling into place. I think he finally understood how the setup worked.

Otherwise things went well. There was a WAR named Blacktruth that kept getting disband with me all night. We kept telling eachother to see how our horrible parties were going. Once in a while we'd try to invite eachother to our parties, but we were always taken at the same time. Only to be disband at the same time. :) It was funny. Around 3am we both ended up in Selbina. He was waiting for another party and I had just run back to save my party from a link of gobs I made. (Which didn't happen all night, but was a perfect way to end the night for my party.) Blacktruth and I bantered for a bit and I decided to give him a linkshell. I'll make a specific entry for this now.
